Sydney's Chocolate Brownies These are a very light-textured, cakelike brownie. they seem to be very popular everywhere they go. Grease a 9x13 pan. Preheat oven to 325. Beat: 8 eggs With: 4 c white sugar until very light and fluffy (several minutes with an electric mixer, until your arm is very tired by hand. this is the only leavening in the recipe) Microwave: 1 c butter 8 oz baker's unsweetened chocolate until chocolate is almost melted (stir several times). Stir until chocolate finishes melting and mixture is smooth. Add chocolate mix to eggs. Beat in: 2 c. flour 1/2 t. salt Add 1-2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans Bake ~30-35 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean. Cool before cutting. Cut fairly small, they are rich. -sdh
